Meet a Trainer: Juliet
Juliet, an ISSA certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and bodybuilding coach, was raised in Minneapolis, MN and moved to New Orleans in 2018. Exercise was always deemed essential by her family, though it was up to the individual to decide what type of exercise they’re attracted to, as long as they’re moving their bodies. Following trial and error as well as 3+ years of disordered eating, Juliet fought to regain her strength, and fell in love with exercise as a means of gaining strength, muscle and confidence above all else. As a newer NOAC trainer who joined forces this year, Juliet is helping clients achieve a variety of different fitness goals, with a holistic, friendly and down to earth approach to health.
